LaunchScore is a validation platform for testing app concepts before building them. Each Idea gets a landing page where you can collect email signups and feedback to validate demand.

How It Works

LaunchScore automatically tracks visitor interactions on your landing pages to help you understand which ideas resonate most with your audience.

Metrics Tracked

Interest Score

The Interest Score helps you prioritize ideas based on real engagement signals. All bonus signals are scaled by a confidence factor that increases with visitor count, so a single signup from one visitor won't inflate the score.

Higher scores indicate stronger market interest backed by sufficient data. Focus your energy on ideas with the highest scores.

When you create an idea, AI automatically generates landing page content from your inputs—colors, copy, SEO metadata, and icons.

What Gets Generated

Regenerating Content

If you update your idea inputs, you'll see a "Regenerate" button to refresh the AI-generated content with your changes.

Generate custom hero images for your landing pages using AI. Each image is tailored to your idea's concept and brand.

How to Generate

1. Open your idea and go to the Content tab
2. Click "Generate Hero Image"
3. Select a style or use the recommended one
4. Optionally customize the prompt
5. Click generate and wait for the result

Give your ideas professional, branded URLs. Instead of sharinglaunchscore.app/i/abc123, you can use something like taskflow.app.

Setup Steps

1. Add a domain in your idea's settings
2. Configure DNS at your registrar:

3. Click "Activate" once DNS propagates
4. Your idea is now live on the custom domain

Domain Types

• Primary — Main domain for the idea
• Alias — Additional domains (redirects to primary)

Every landing page includes a feedback widget where visitors can rate your idea and leave comments.

What Visitors Can Submit

• Star Rating — 1-5 stars (required)
• Comment — Free-form text (optional)
• Email — For follow-up (optional)

Viewing Feedback

Click the rating column on any idea to see all feedback responses with a rating distribution chart.

Landing pages include email signup forms in the hero section. Subscribers are stored per-idea and automatically deduplicated.

Early Access Limits

You can set an early access limit to create urgency. When enabled, visitors see "X spots left" which converts to "Waitlist Open" once filled.

Exporting Subscribers

Click the signups count on any idea to view and export the subscriber list.

Showcase all your active ideas on a single public page. Great for sharing your portfolio with investors, partners, or your audience.

Enabling Your Portfolio

1. Go to Settings → Public Page
2. Toggle "Enable public portfolio page"
3. Customize your studio name and description
4. Choose which ideas to feature

Portfolio URL

Your portfolio is accessible at launchscore.app/p/[your-slug]. You can also connect a custom domain for a branded experience.
